To establish, implement, and maintain robust IT governance, information security, and risk management frameworks across the organization. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001, safeguarding IT infrastructure, and promoting a culture of cybersecurity awareness and accountability.

Job Description

A. Governance Framework

  • Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies, standards, and procedures related to information security, data privacy, risk management, and compliance.
  • Ensure alignment with ISO 27001 and other applicable regulatory and industry standards.
  • Drive implementation of an effective IT governance framework aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure policies are communicated effectively and adhered to across the organization.
  • Establish transparency and oversight over IT security and server infrastructure.

B. IT Security

  • Implement and manage security controls, tools, and technologies to safeguard IT systems, networks, and data.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Develop and maintain incident response plans and ensure readiness for cybersecurity incidents.
  • Monitor security alerts, investigate incidents, and respond to breaches in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for incident resolution and compliance.

C. Training & Awareness

  • Design and deliver information security awareness and training programs.
  • Promote a culture of cybersecurity awareness and proactive risk management.
  • Encourage reporting of incidents and adherence to security best practices across all levels.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree (preferred).
  • Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in IT, with exposure to IT governance, infrastructure, and cybersecurity roles.
