The purpose of this position is to manage and control project cost planning, Change of Scope (COS), tendering, BOQ preparation, and budget monitoring activities for toll operation, repair, maintenance, and construction projects. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate quantity estimation, cost optimization, contract compliance, and effective project monitoring to support timely execution and financial control of projects. The position aims to coordinate with project teams, cost control, procurement, and management for preparation and evaluation of COS proposals, tender documents, RFPs, BOQs, and variation orders while ensuring compliance with contractual provisions, approved drawings, specifications, and company procedures. |
The objective of this role is to enhance project efficiency through effective budget monitoring, value engineering, cost control, risk assessment, and timely decision-making to achieve successful project delivery within approved cost and schedule targets.

Candidate Profile
B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of experience in QS within the construction industry.
