Job Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTION OF THIS POSITION
Operational Management
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize traffic flow and reduce congestion across the entire toll corridor
- Coordinate with toll plaza managers to ensure consistent toll collection procedures, lane configurations, and traffic management strategies
- Monitor real-time traffic data and make data-driven decisions to improve corridor operations
Traffic Flow Optimization
- Collaborate with traffic management personnel to optimize lane configurations, traffic signals, and signage to enhance traffic flow and safety
- Implement strategies to mitigate traffic congestion during peak hours or special events
- Analyze traffic patterns and adjust lane configurations or toll rates as needed to maintain optimal traffic flow
Maintenance and Infrastructure
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely maintenance and repairs of toll plaza equipment, barriers, signage, lighting, and road surfaces
- Develop a proactive maintenance schedule to minimize disruptions and ensure the safety of corridor users
Incident Management
- Prepare and maintain Incident management (patrolling, Ambulance & hydra crane) weekly records, response time and maintain DPR for patrolling and ambulance.
- Prohibit encroachments and assist the authorities responsible for removal, if necessary.
- Ensure Traffic Management and safety during Accident events
- Conduct physical inspection of the workplace checklists and also look for any unspecified hazards. Also, record all conformities and non-conformities in the inspection report and circulate to Project Manager.

Candidate Profile
Graduate (any stream) with 8-10 years of experience in Route Operations, Incident Management and Traffic Management.
