Job Description
OVERALL PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE OF THIS POSITION
To assist all contractual, commercial, and legal aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with contract terms, minimizing risks, and maximizing project profitability. The role involves contract administration, claim management and coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTION OF THIS POSITION
- Working knowledge of Concession Agreements, Contract Administration, and contractual documentation.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and project specifications.
- Handle dispute resolution and support arbitration/litigation processes if required.
- Experience in drafting contractual correspondence, handling Change of Scope, Claims management, preparing MIS, reports, and contractual summaries.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to liaise with project/site teams and monitor contractual timelines and obligations.

Candidate Profile
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Qualification:
Graduate in Civil Engineering; Candidate having a degree in law will be preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in contracts management of infrastructure projects, preferably Road projects/ InvITS.
